Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges must take place within 14 days of purchase.
Items ordered online can be returned by post or to our store inGreystones (please ensure you bring your purchasing paperwork including your method of payment when returning to the store).
WHEN RETURNING BY POST:
Please mail us back the item with your own trackable and insured shipping method to:

Please make sure you mark our address clearly.
Please enclose a copy of the delivery docket & reason for returning.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Lorient Gift is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
You must pay all shipping costs for the return. (We will refund this cost to you in certain circumstances which are outlined below)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know by email and we will try to take care of you. Items must be returned within 14 days in the same condition as purchased. If there is a genuine fault with your purchase when it arrives we will refund the cost of your return. However please make us aware of this as soon as possible, by emailing us Lorient@outlook.ie or contacting 01 287 4665, to ensure this refund. We cannot be held responsible for damages occurred during postage.
If you would simply like to return your purchase Lorient Gift will refund you the item’s value excluding shipping costs.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.

Lets make this simple! If you add your email address to our mailing list, (on the first box entering the site)we use it to send you emails for sales or promos (so only about 10 mailings a year). We store your email address with Mail Chimp who have a secure firewalled system and your address is not passed on to others. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase which is accepted by, if you wish to cancel an order please get in touch immediately on (01) 287 4665 and providing that the order has not already been dispatched we can refund. Once an order has been dispatched you will need to refer to the returns policy.

All customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
